- Athletic people. But not too bulky of course.

- For me to feel good about myself and feel confident.

- No, but as soon as I start a “diet” I get hungry. Hah.

- I’ve told my mom that I want to lose weight, and she knows that I am exercising, I don’t know if she knows how serious I am.

- Lately I’ve been focusing more on cardio, but I feel fatter now than when I did weights mostly and a smaller amount of cardio.
9. Did people ever make comments about your weight in a negative way?
- No. I was super skinny when I was younger. After 18 I got “fat”.
10. What was the hardest thing you gave up during this “weight loss.”
- Potato chips, chocolate milk, chocolate.

- My diet isn’t really good. I eat mostly bread with toppings, different meats with rice or potatoes +++ normal foods. I know I’m bad.

- 120. That’s more than I weighed before I went from skinny to where I am now.

- Nope. But I guess cutting back on meat will help me lose weight.
16. When did you first decide to lose weight?
- September 2010 I started low carb and lost 10 pounds. I felt much better. I felt chubby, and I was single. So that’s why I started.

- Chocolate and potato chips.

- Last time I went clubbing. I ate a kebab. It’s maybe 4 weeks ago.

- I hate those diseases. Such pretty people who just can’t see how pretty they really are. GAH.

- Wearing tight clothes, feeling good for my bf ;)

- If my bf eats something I might want it as well. I work at a grocery store and the temptations are unlimited! Hate it!!!
